MTN worst service ever

I am highly disappointed at MTN, i app**** for a contract, i was approved but for an amount of R400 only the contract was R499. I told the agent my cell c contract is ending and thus i can afford it, she refused, i even said i will pay the entire contract or the shortfall in full upront, NO was the response. I asked if they do manual vetting as most of my account are paid up so i will qualify for a higher limit, i was told no. So MTN is this the service you provide. i assume you dont need me as a client??
