Mtn worst service ever!

I took out a data sim 24 month contract via mondo with mtn. My contract expired and they started deducting double the amount the contract was. I called them to cancel the contract, I had to hold for a whole hour before I could speak to a consultant, after I spoke to a consultant to cancel my contract, which has not expired, I requested proof of cancellation and they sent me an sms advising me that, that was the proof that my contract had been cancelled. I asked them when will the last debit order will be, they advised it will be end of October 2022. I let that debit order go off, However end of November 2022 they debited my account again, then end of December and end of January. I then eventually blocked them from debiting my account, now they have handed me over to the debt collectors. I have tried calling them and not able to go through. I have emailed them countless times and no one ever gets back to me. Mtn is the worst service I have ever experienced. This just a warning to fellow customers to never consider taking any contracts with mtn!!!
