Mtn worst service ever

I’m so furious right now I ported to mtn in January from vodacom, it said port is successful only to find I can’t make calls or send sms it says SIM card is rica barred

I went mtn at new market mall and they made me pay for another SIM card as they said need to do a sim swop I paid got the SIM card only to find the SIM card has a new number not using my old number

I went to mall of the south twice for assistance they also made me pay for a new SIM card did the sim swap and I’ve got that SIM card with my old vodacom number but still same problem rica barred

I told them to port me back to vodacom since I can’t do it myself as I can’t send sms’s but they giving me the run around

Sort this out or take me back to vodacom I have suffered like this for 5 months now it’s not fair
