MTN - worst service ever.

MTN HAS NO customer service at all, it's the worst service I have ever received. They handed me over for an account which I did not use - did not received a phone nor a sim card, and NOBODY in the MTN COMPANY can sort this out, it's just rediculous that we have to use company's like that.
