MTN Worst service ever

I called MTN requesting assistance as there are ********** sms being sent, either credit declined, order request is successful whereas I have never order anything. These are all sms' from MTN by the way.

The person assisting me was very very rude. Shouting at me on the call and not giving me the opportunity to ask a question. All she said was that she is resetting HLR or something of that sort. She could not even explain what that was for. In the end she just advised me to go to the police station.

The person assisting me had no patience, was very rude, all she did was shout showing no etiquette. At this moment I am embarrassed of being an MTN customer. I am not happy with this anymore. I am asking myself why I'm still using MTN.
