MTN Worst Service Ever

I am at a loss for words. I have been in contact with MTN since May trying to resolve a credit query. I have spoken to their rewards people, Phindile Posekana, Miss Mvumvu and manager Mike from MTN Century City and nothing gets done about my query. It is disgusting. They promise to come back to me within 48 hours and nothing happens over and over again. Shocking.
