MTN worst service ever!

I bought to Huawei laptops for my sons in November 22 from MTN Galleria as they are students. I did not want to purchase Huawei but the rep ensured me that it was the best choice. One of the laptops now do not want to swith on. Took it back to MTN, they send me to Telkom to see the Huawei rep. He send me back to MTN? Now I have to take it to Huawei myself, 50 kilometers away....really? MTN I have 5 contracts with you for a long time. Sort my laptop out!
