mtn worst service ever

hi I write this email with deep sad ,angry, stressful, miserable that mtn has cause me from last year 2020/12/07 I have been trying to cancel my new contract it's been a misson and uphill

no help what so ever no one willing to help most of all the supervisor and manager are the most useless ever not a single person from mtn has called me it's been almost 2 month they deducted money from my account for what I have never used joyce mohlaba is sale lady worst service ever I'm pleading can someone please assist me mtn has violated my right as a customer and I have been a customer for more the 7 years please help
