MTN WORST SERVICE EVER

MTN!! Worst service EVER. Did an online upgrade after they kept on calling me. Two and a half weeks later and I still do not have my phone. They keep telling me biometrics failed with delivery, but I never even saw the delivery guy. I've been calling for TWO WEEKS, nobody can help me. Keep telling me I have to be available at all times for delivery but I have no idea when it will be. Operators keep telling me the same thing, but still do not have my phone. I am so upset and will NEVER recommend MTN to anybody.
