MTN Worst Service ever

This must be the worst network operator in the world. Their accounts is a absolute mess. They do not respond to emails or phone call. Talking to management doen not help. They make promises and dont keep it.

Worst of all during load-shedding we have no signal but MTN has a price increase in July2-23.

How does that work.
