Mtn worst service deliverym

Absolutely worst service ever ! After signing up online it was great. Then only the phone got delivered and not the sim card. Been trying for 3 weeks to get through to the correct person to speak to and no one can help and everyone refers you to a different person. Same with going in store. Absolutely ridiculous. Still haven't gotten through to anyone and now they say I need to pay R150 for something they didn't do ? Ridiculous. Nobody knows anything. Calk centre agents have one job and it is to know the phone numbers and options you need to press to speak to the right person and not one of the 5 people I've spoken to over the phone know anything.
