MTN worst service

MTN is useless and I can say with confidence that they do not know what they are doing at MTN. They transfer you from pillar to post, not knowing what is going on on your account. It is even difficult to cancel your contract. When you speak to their so called "Champions" they are either yawning or their system is down or they have to transfer you to someone else, and when they do transfer you, you wait on the call for 30 min to an hour. The MTN agents do not know what is going as each of them give different information which leads to you doing the wrong thing. Worst service ever! I have been struggling to cancel my contract for the last two months now.
