MTN- worst service award 2022

MTN and MTN Insurance are the biggest *****s around! They took over R1500 from me to pay for insurance that was canceled 5 months prior, I logged a query with them in Jan to date I am still waiting feedback, I call *** to follow up with my Ref ***2 as I still don't have feedback to only be told its not a valid ref or ticket number I than proceed and let the agent log my query and I sarcastically ask for my ref number and tell her let me guess its ***2 to which no surprise she says yes mama that is correct imagine my shock to given such a ref number after my Jan ref is apparently not valid! Dare you not pay MTN they very quick to cut you phone etc but they cannot give you back your money they took without consent
