MTN WORST SERVICE

So I bought a charger at mtn Square spar rustenburg, I asked the lady if it doesnt work on my phonr can I bring it back, when I took it back because obviously its not fast charging she told me she cant refund me I need to pick something else or leave it. What worse service is this I wont recommend MTN at all!!! You cant even get a refund for something you bought
