MTN WORST SERVICE

I app**** online for a wifi router and Sim card. 1st it took more than 7 days to deliver 2nd I struggled for 3 days to RICA (delivered with DSV) 3RD it only worked for a week now it says NO SIM CARD!!!!!!!!! this the THE WORST service I ever got!!!!!!! Nobody at MTN call centre or shops can help me!!!!! WHAT THE HELL???????????????? CONTACT ME URGENTLY ***
