MTN worst service

I have take out a CO tract with MTN in Dec 2019,the package was for 379 which included 2g data(1day and 1night) 100min to any network and 100 sms monthly the package also includes 2g bonus any time data for 24 months, I have notices that I am not getting my bonus and escalated the to MTN Benmore center. To date this have not been resolved but MTN sends me sms's saying that it is resolved, I have been dealing with the store manager Sizwe who now refuses to take my call as he is on leave and has not even sent my query on to be resolved. To top it all of MTN is now debuting me 578 every since, I have escalated this as well and it has not been resolved this beening a month later, I have been to MTN Melrose to seek assistance from them and all I get is sms's saying it resolved but Jack **** has been resolved, I will be loading a case of theft again MTN and my lawyers will be contacting them. MTN is gone to the dogs, with their service to their customers
