MTN WORST Service

My secretary renewed my contract with MTN on the 21 st of July, on the 24 th I received a SMS that the courier company will contact me to deliver my new phone! I was never contacted! I tried to get hold of the person that did my upgrade a Beryl Hlophe on her cellphone *** which rang but was not answered. I e mailed her on *** which was also not read or answered!!! I phoned MTN Customer(DON'T GIVE A DAMN) Care????? Thank the Lord they don't call it SERVICE as there is NONE, on the 9 th of August and spoke to various people and was eventually told that the courier company would call me within the hour ??? I AM STILL WAITING !!! That is unfortunately the problem in this country you have a lot of people that are either not QUALIFIED OR JUST TOO PLAIN LAZY to actually do what they get paid for!!!!!!! Unfortunately we also don't really have a choice to get a different service provider as they are all exactly the same!!! MTN YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THE SERVICE YOU PROVIDE!!!
