MTN worst service

Mtn has the worst service, I receive mms statements I don't receive Invoices I have requested my invoices are emailed to me but they can't get their service to work, I pay my account every month on time and now they suspended my account for R55. 23c seriously MTN I have been a loyal customer for almost 20 years and you couldn't get an agent to brighten up my day as you answer your phones when you do answer to tell me this?
