MTN WORST NETWORK TO EVER DEAL WITH

I took out a contract on the 12/09/2024 I initially wanted 1 device but was convinced in taking a double deal I took it out stupid me even thought I had no use for it, today being the 20/01/2025 I decided to put the other SIM card on in a device and it didn't work I was told to call the rica department and I did. Upon calling them they asked me for the SIM number on the package which I gave them and they told me in 10 minutes it would be working , after a while it started working and when I went to check my balance it was 0.00 of which I was shocked as I was billed for the airtime every single month I called customer care department spoke to Tebogo Mathobela and she advised me she's going to log a ticket she was also very rude and not helpful at all this is the 1st time I'm dealing with MTN and their services are pathetic completely how can you bill someone for something who's never received the services and then to top it of their so called agents want to act as if they know what their talking about when they know nothing I will never ever deal with them again and will be cancelling the both lines with them.DOP KOPZ
