Mtn- Worst Network to deal with

I had 9gb before the 12/06/2020 and my normal 15gb was provisioned on 12th. The 9gb that I had, got forfeited and the system does not really show what happened to it. Ticket was logged on 14/06/2020 and still no resolution to the above mentioned query. I have called mtn numerous times logged a customer complaint and to this very day no one has resolved my issue. I called the head office the lady never gave me a chance to talk and transferred me straight to the call center.
