MTN- worst network service provider

Don't even deserve the 1 star!

I have had two failed attempts at activating a eSIM.

I received assistance from your store manager Janelle at the MTN cresta branch, were she was not even able to activate the eSIM.

Every time I try activate the eSIM, the following error message pops up, ”mobile plan can not be activated”.

I have made numerous calls, logged multiple faults to your technical team and activation team,who are not able to solve the mystery as to why the eSIM service is not working.

😡I am now sitting with out any network for the 2nd time, due to the eSIM activation failing.

Honestly never 👎 thought taking out a contract with MTN could possibly be the most distressing experience.
