MTN worst network service and store staff unhelpful

My Review of MTN. Is the worst network in SA. I have been a customer over ten years. And The service has dropped so much. I am defiantly thinking of changing networks. I was in 3 MtN stores today Golden Acre(2staff members doing nothing a lady and guy,Grand Central they werent buzy either just one customer each and At George's mall(guy atleast gave some direction they don't have contract simcards cards in The Town Stores which I think is ridiculous. Worst experience in-store today. Lost my phone been trying to do a simple sim swop since Last Week Saturday. Customer most unhappy. Fix your **** service . Used to be a pleasure but now it's a nightmare.
