Mtn worst network provider of all

Upgraded via online process and had everything approved on the 29th December 2020 and still havent received my new contract. Cant get hold of anyone send request via contact us page no response just reference number after reference number. Went to store and they cant help need to sort out via online cant contact anyone online. Mtn is just a waste of time worst service of all networks. Spend hours waiting with no one willing to help its always some other department and cant give me a number to contact or transferred to correct person. Wont even let me cancel as they drop the call when trying
