Mtn worst network provider

My number stopped working out of the blue, can't make or receive calls. I called the call center more than 3 times they were all saying the same thing but my Sim is still not working. I don't understand this honestly how do I make contact with my family when you guys do as you please with our numbers? My Sim better work ASAP
