MTN - WORST NETWORK IN S.A.

I cancelled my MTN Wifi router on 14/03/2026 and I am still being debited. I call on a daily basis to find out what the issue is and I get put through to at least a dozen agents, none of them wanting to assist me and eventually they hang up. This is absolutely shocking, considering MTN brag about being S.A.'s leading service provider, they are useless. I am wanting this issue resolved and to receive the refund due to me for debiting me for a router I have not been using. Thank you!!
