MTN WORST NETWORK

I bought a sim card last month and bought R200 airtime then buy 200gb. Now today again again I bought R200 to buy the same 200gb and my airtime was deducted with R120 apparently with subscription that I never subscribe to. The SIM card was inside the router the whole timeuntil today. I spoke to 2 of your useless agent that told me I subscribe to some content on the 15th of this month but couldn't explain to me how I subscribe with the SIM card inside the router? I'm so disgusted with with this network and it's only months. I should have listened when people warned me about this stupid network.
