MTN worst mobile service provider
In the last 3 months my bill went up from an average spent of R1400 to April R2534.70, May R2033.98 and June R3494.91. The increase is in data calls, the last month alone the data was R2030.20. I phoned MTN to get an itemized bill because their standard invoice doesnt indicate the time of day or what the data was for. They say they have a 7 day turn around time for this......

Problem also is that on for example the 30th and 31st of May the data alone was almost R350 for those two days, but i have wifi at home so should be any data cellular calls.

I have also tried to cancel my contract but up untill now no luck, nobody can help me and nobody phones me back.
