MTN - Worst Mobile Service in existence!

Please do not try and migrate an account/line you have had since 1996 to prepaid. you cannot. MTN suspends all your lines although your account is up to date and they simply cannot unsuspend it due to an "error" message! Retention can or will not assist due to the fact that the line is suspended! Do not call their call center, as they staff cannot help you for four days in a ROW as it is apparently a hard suspension on the network and their is no network staff on duty over weekends. You cannot do anything on the 135 number as the moment you indicate that you wish to cancel a line, the automated answering service ends your call! Please stay away from any MTN service!
