MTN worst mobile network in SA

Worst experience from MTN that I have ever received. Worst customer experience. Struggling now for almost 3 weeks to upgrade. Holding on forever for someone to assist. Been sending from department to another and holding on forever as I need to speak to a consultant. Currently holding now for 38min and yesterday for 45min and the week prior that maybe 6 calls after saying the same to each consultant.
