Mtn worst insurance ever

Took mtn phone insurance which I had for almost 4 years without claiming, when I lost my phone and claimed the process was smooth until they had to offer me the device which is of similar value the the amount that am insured for they kept changing the devices that they are offering at this moment the device that they are offering me is almost R4k less than what am insured for,tried calling them their client service is rude and disrespectful,never expected this from a reputable company like mtn,never using them again ***
