MTN - Worst Experience recieved!

Shocking Service from MTN. I made a payment on the 24/04/2020 and emailed them proof of payment to *** . Never received a response. I made a payment arrangement in the email but still they did not respond and suspended my outgoing call facility after I have asked them not to. What an inconvenience. There call center don't answer their phones. Ref number is ***. Worst Company to deal with specially during this difficult time with Covid-19
