MTN WORST EVERRRRRRRRRRRR

Please do not trust MTN, I have decided to apply for a router to have internet at home and MTN deducted the first month's installment from my bank account of R322 they said after this payment the router will be delivered. I have received my router, however now they have disconnected my service because they claim they have not received it, i have complained about it with Thembekile Xulu and i did send my bank statement as proof that they have deducted it and they claim i have not paid i was advised to cancel if i am not happy, i did cancel and received my next invoice today and again a statement where they say i did not make any payment yet. I have also spoke to Emihle Mekeni and did not get joy. I want my refund or service reconnected. They do not know how to treat people keeps on interrupting while a client is speaking. I wanted to speak to management with no luck.
