MTN worst customer service ever

I upgraded my contract a month ago and have been having endless issues with delivery. I keep on contacting MTN and DSV with no success. I call DSV and tell them that I leave work at 3 so can they please deliver before that but no, on two separate occasions they don't take instructions and the stuff are extremely *********** and rude. What does it take to get you guys to deliver a simple phone?

I have been a loyal customer for more then 15 years and to have this kind of treatment is unacceptable.
