MTN WORST Customer Service!!!

The absolute worst after sales support ever. I had a business data contract with MTN and i made the mistake of upgrading it . Oh my goodness, do i regret it. The service stopped working in January and up to date after 100 phone calls, numerous emails, there is nobody at MTN who can solve the problem. I have now under their advice bought a new router but still no service. Worst part about all of this is they still think they have a right to debit from my account for a service that hasn't worked now for months....I tried to cancel and I was told that I would have to pay a cancellation fee!!!***!! for a service that they clearly cannot provide. I thought Telkom was bad but yerrr MTN is taking the cup for the WORST after sales customer service. You get transferred from department to department with nobody knowing what the hell is wrong
