MTN = WORST customer service and money hungry!

I have been struggling with MTN since I started my contract with them in 2018. I am now trying the cancel the very same contract and after a conversation with a consultant last month I was under the impression that it would be sorted until I got a new invoice for this month. I can not get through to their retentions department to assist me after several tries!

MTN has the worst customer service and I will highly discourage anybody from opening a contract with them!
