MTN worst customer service

After having to submit affida its and travelling extensively with my grandmother to upgrade her everlasting long contract with MTN- no assistance OR respond was received, upon further enquiry writer found the upgrade to be rejected. Their communication is unacceptably unprofessional, and will never entertain yhis entity again .
