MTN worst customer service

MTN hates Customers.! A decades old customer and can't get help from agents. I have cancelled 1 off 2 contracts to be changed to prepaid. Paid "Early cancellation" fee of R929.43 on the 23rd of January. Contact person Gosego Sekwele. Mail ***. After numerous calls to the various departments and without any positive outcome still not resolved. My advice to the public is to steer clear from MTN. They are bad news.
