Mtn worst customer service

Mtn customer service is a joke. They are only happy when you are making a purchase or opening a contract but when you actually have a problem no one and their hopeless call centre can assist.

I bought a phone in their July catalogue were I was supposed to get free data bundle of 1.2 g and whatsup for 3gig which did not load on purchase.

After the first representative **** to me to buy 40rand airtime to activate it it was just the beginning of the ********** experience. From supervisors who make false promises which never deliver and agents who will say anything to get you off the phone with their wait for 24hrs song.This is just one of many terrible experiences I've had with mtn.

Your level of customer interest is zero to none and leaves me with a sour taste iny my mouth.
