Mtn worst customer care ever

I wish there were 0 stars to give, I've been ****** for my number by mtn, how can they just take my number away even though I paid for the Sim card, there is so much *******ion in this country already and mtn is just adding to it, I feel very disappointed with the customer care, pathetic service, what a disgrace to even have the name care in that title, all I wanted was my number back but they insist that it's going to get recycled, why must it get recycled when I purchased it and it belonged to me for so many years???? They claim to have notified me but can't tell me how, please contact me on *** I'm very annoyed by the way this whole situation was handled
