MTN worst costumer service EVER!!

I am not receiving ANY feedback from MTN. I went into the shop on 14 July 2018 to ask why my contract is still active after I stopped it on 27 November 2015. I went back again and they just sent a nother query. NOTHING IS HAPPENING! Can I please just get assistance!!!
