MTN worst cellular service provider

!!!!!!! Absolutely worst package upgrade service ever experienced. My previous upgrade was a complete ****** up 2 years ago. This year I switched from Sky package to an MTN promotional instore package. 3600 promotional minutes promised equalling Sky packages. 2 weeks later, no minutes. MTN will undoubtedly still charge me the full package amount even though I have none of the additional percks which made me choose the package. I call 1600 minutes a month for work on average. My work is suffering due to this incompetence. Sales rep is trying his best to help me resolve my issues. He has escalated the matter numerous times with zero result. I am actually speechless....

This is what you get for being a loyal client for over 20 years and spending more than R1400 a month on a cellular package with MTN
