MTN Worst Cellphone network and pathetic service

I would just like to say what shocking service MTN is provided, I went to go an upgrade yesterday the 17th of October at the MTN shop in Irene Mall, firstly you walk in there and everybody is just lounging around clearly because you guys have not got enough business because of your shocking service. I asked the gentlemen for options on my contract and he could not even give me proper options to upgrade to and was not even willing to get off his chair and come and show me the phones. I just need a new contract with more voice minutes and all your contract is going to cost me double what I am paying now.

I left the store because nobody could assist me and went to the Vodacom shop across from there and what a change the people were friendly and gave you options and they are much cheaper.

This morning I thought let me give it another try and I phoned your call centre, what a disaster, I told the first gentlemen what I wanted to do and he did no listen to what I had to say and transferred me to the business division, then they could not assist me and put me through to cancellations, then they told me I am not paying my account and they put me through to the accounts department which clarified that.

I have never in my life had such poor service.

So please can someone come back to me with proper details
