MTN WORST CELLPHONE COMPANY IN SOUTH AFRICA -SERVICE NON EXISITANT

COMPLAINT No ;[#***] Good Service in South Africa is very rare and its becoming a huge problem to have a complaint attended too. MTN must be one of the worst culprits of poor servicei in South Africa. I lodged a complaint on the 28 November 2020 with MTN Customer Care Department and also sent messages on MTN Face Book messenger but besides the complaint reference number *** nobody has responded to my complaint. Its astounding but true ! I was also advised to try an email to *** but not a word. Can you imagine EVEN MTN COMPLAINTSDEPARTMENT DOES NOT HAVE COMPETENT STAFF IN PLACE TO DEAL WITH COMPLAINTS.....ITS LUDICROUS !!!! I WILL NEVER RENEW MY CONTRACT WITH MTN AGAIN.
