I would give them zero stars if I could. They are a useless uncaring thieving business. They messed up my upgrade 3 times on the same day on 16 March and charged me for early termination charges for their mistake which is recorded but won’t give me the recordings to go to Icasa or the ombudsman. All retentions do is say it’s been escalated to credit my account, we now June and still not done. Well they can wait until he’ll freezes over before I pay for their mistakes. One more contract to finish and they can go to hell 🤬
