MTN Worst Arrogant service Provider.

This is my third report I am writing regarding MTN who are I feel are the worst service provider and they messing around with peoples future. They have made my life a miserable hell with their debt collectors Shapiro Shaik. For months I have been waiting to receive the letter that will clear my name from Shapiro Shaik debt collectors. They listed my to be owing them while I had cancelled my contract on time with them. it seems they didn't want to refund my money they had continued deducting after I had cancelled their contract. last year their consultant send an email and told me that it was sorted and handed to their legal team to clear my name but nothing has happened. recently their consultant Itumeleng responded they don't have my contact. Its all a lie cause they is a section where you put ID and contact. my contact is ***, email [Email Removed] please call me direct or email me direct instead of playing games. If being heard by MTN will take bashing them on the social media I am will to go all the way. I cannot be punished for wrong doing of their employees. on the mean time I am advocating all my family members to leave MTN. My wife has cancelled her contract.
