MTN worst after sales service

MTN has the worst after sales service. Since 29 June 2023 I have emailed and called MTN requesting assistance, As my number no longer receives incoming calls or text messages. To date no resolution has been received.I emailed their complaints division no joy aswell not even an acknowledgement or receipt of mail received from MTN complaints .It's extremely disappointing that a company with their experience lacks in the vital component that makes a company great:Customer Service
