Mtn worse worse so disappointed

I app**** for the R329 deal 4GB day and 8 night laptop deal that was 29 of May was activation date. On the 12th of June I only received 2GB day time and 2 night time. It has been escalated and I've been waiting two weeks now. I want this contract canceled I honestly cannot deal with stressing with this really Man I can't!!! MTN will debit my account on the 1st of July but I haven't even receive full allocation. I get told over messenger I must send proof of subscriber agreement I then take pictures of it and send it, then I get told they need it in PDF form and I will have to email it like ***!! Where am I suppose to get it in PDF format! I just want this to be canceled ASB man!! The store in Zevenwacht Mall is just as useless!!
