MTN worse then Eskom
I am staying in a town called Van Zylsrus in the Northern Cape. We get load shedding as anywhere in the country. But we also get Cell shedding... For example. At 12:00 today - the beginning of load shedding - MTN went down as well. This is now 16:16 and MTN is STILL down. The power came back up ate 14:00.
This is like for MONTHS now and if I send an email about this all I get is a reply email that gives me a ticket number and telling me that they know about an outage problem.
This is not an outage problem, The problem is that their batteries are dead and they do not want to replace them. It is NOT ****** as they tell everyone. Then someone has to come and switch the switch back on after load shedding but that someone does not really want to and does if HOURS after the load shedding stopped. I heard this is the case is a lot of other town in the country.
