MTN worse than Eskom

My previous review did not get ANY reply from MTN but the signal was better for about a week. This was after I logged complaints on their online site. HOWEVER, they got clever and "broke" the website so that I cannot log any complaints online anymore. The signal is down since Monday in the Van Zylsrus area. This is really bad.
