MTN WORSE THAN ESKOM

Frustrated & angry is not strong enough words. 23 Mar I mailed a request to migrate 1 of my lines. 2 Apr no migration so I phoned 808.They ran around like mad to resolve the issue & then migrate the incorrect line (which they promised to correct) 9 Apr nothing was done so I phoned again, speaking to clueless agents. They migrated the incorrect line back to its original package & migrate the correct line. 10 Apr I phone again, due to the incorrect migration I lost +- 10G of data plus all my air time. Was told that they are escalating the query to the validations department to establish how much data & air time I lost in order to pass a credit and that they will get back to me with in a week. 23 Apr phoned again as no feedback received. I was promised high & low by Sibosiso Majola that he will be resolving the query & will phone me back after 6pm. No phone call (no big surprise there). 24 Apr I phone again just to be told that everyone that is everyone is in a meeting and they will phone me back. Ya right like that are going to happen. Every call lasted for over an hour, you are lucky if someone answers after 30 min. MTN IS WORSE THAN ESKOM AND THAT IS SAYING SOMETHING
